Greetings my dear, I pastor a mission in kampala,uganda.We have so much to do for the Lord,given the fact that much of our congregation is subject to extreme poverty,yet also deeply affected by wars & AIDS.Fanancially my hands are defunctional yet need help to do something about these pains & hurts.please help if it is in your power or advice accordingly .It hurts so bad but it has never felt like turning our back on any kid,woman,AIDS victim,or man
