Am a missionary to the children of Africa. I have realized that as much as i tell them the goodnews , the irony is that most of them die or suffer from diseases that can be easily treated.

Hallo Chelagat, We were in sort of the same situation as you, also in Africa.I then felt the Lord calling me to become involved in medical mission work. For three years we looked at different options for getting trained as a Medical Doctor.I looked for a medical school that would accept me as an older, married student (we have 5 children). The Lord opened the door for us and provided for my first year. I am now studying in Romania at an International Medical School and I am in my first year.I can give you lots of information about possibilities to study Medicine. Once I have completed my studies, we would love to go back to the mission field as Medical. Misssionaries.Do you know that there is a urgent need for Medical Missionaries in the world?? Greetings, Jaco

Please give me information about this urgent need for medical missionaries. I am a physician in the Philippines but have limitied resources and funding to become a medical missionary. However, I believe that our Lord Jesus Christ will open opportunities for me and will provide for my funds.
